SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup accepts PayPal, credit and debit cards. Please make sure your
additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping the order. The USPS online printing service
validates all United States addresses and checks for required format and makes adjustments
accordingly.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a PayPal Receipt even if you did not pay with
a PayPal account. This receipt is your order confirmation as well as your receipt. All payments
are processed securely through PayPal when the order is placed. If you do not receive a receipt
from PayPal then your order was not completed.
You can place your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Privacy is very important. SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup does not share your email address
or your personal information with anyone.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing Time
Normal processing time is 5 business days before shipment. Business days are Monday through
Thursday excluding holidays and vacation closures. There may be occasions when processing time
takes a little longer and I thank you for your patience. Orders are processed and shipped in the
order they are received. Customer service is very important to me so I want my customers to
know what to expect when they order.

Packages are shipped expedited USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and tracking.
After the usual processing time your order will be shipped and should arrive in 2-5 business
days. Shipping times are estimates from the USPS and may vary. A shipping notice will be sent
to the email address used when the order was placed and will include a tracking number. SunCat
Natural Mineral Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages sent to an
incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is
